Shiraz to Tabriz Tour-14Days

Arrival to Shiraz (Shiraz international Airport-Shz).

You will be met and greeted by our representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel to rest.

Full day excursion to Firuzabad (112km) which have been registered in UNESCO list as a Sassanid Archaeological Landscape of Fars Region to visit Relief of Ardeshir I, the coronation of Sassanid king in Firuzabad road, Qal’eh Dokhtar( Dezh Dokhtar), a castle constructed by Ardeshir I, Ancient city of Shahr-e Gur or Ardashir-Khwarrah, the first circular city in Iran and one of the first circular cities in the world including Palace of Ardashir Papakan, and Tirbal minaret founded by Ardeshir I. Overnight Shiraz.

Drive to Kazerun, en-route visit Bishapur, remains of the Sassanian city built by Shapur 1st (241-273 A.D.), The building complex includes a central chamber, a large courtyard which had been covered with impressive mosaics, plus the remains of a temple dedicated to Anahita, the goddess of water and fertility; on either side of a narrow gorge, there are also six Sassanian rock/reliefs at Tang-e-Chogan, commemorating Shapur’s victories over the Romans and other adversaries; overnight Kazerun.

Drive toward Shushtar, visiting the Hydraulic water system of Shushtar , which is a UNESCO world heritage site. Visiting Salasel Castle, Overnight Shushtar.

Driving to the capital of the most ancient civilization of Iran, Susa. There we will visit the old city of Susa, the Darius Palace, Susa museum and Danial the prophet shrine. After lunch, we’ll visit the first signed heritage of Iran in UNESCO which is the Tchogha Zanbil Ziggurat , Overnight Shushtar.

After breakfast move to Khoramabad, First visit Falak-ol-Aflak citadel, then go to the Bisheh and Grit waterfalls, Overnight local house Near to Khoramabad.

Morning drive to Kermanshah, city tour including Taq-e Bostan arches, and Moaven al Molk Tekieyh as well as old bazaar. Overnight Kermanshah.

Driving to Hamedan, on the way visit Bisotun Complex, The Behistun Inscription, the world’s largest inscription, the first khown text in Persian, and one of the works of the Achaemanid Dynasty (520 BC), is located in 30 Kilometers from the city of Kermanshah on the hillside of Behistun Mountain. then Kangaver Temple. Overnight Hamedan.

City tour will get underway by visiting Avicenna tomb, Baba Taher tomb, ruins of ancient city and tomb of Ester and Mordekhai. Overnight Hamedan.

Morning drive to Takab, On the way visit the Alisadr cave, then go to Karaftu cave, Overnight Takht-e Soleyman village.

we head for the UNESCO World Heritage site of Takht-e Soleiman , a wonderful combination of Zoroastrian sanctuary, Sassanian palaces, fire temples and Islamic architecture, Then go to the city of  Soltaniyeh , where we visit its magnificent mausoleum, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of Persian and Islamic architecture, Overnight Zanjan.

We will go to Ardabil city and visit the Sheikh Safi al-Din Ardabili tomb (UNESCO site) and Aghazadeh house, Overnight sar’ein village.

Move to Tabriz and You will have a full day excursion at Tabriz city to visit Azerbaijan museum, Blue mosque, Bazaar , municipality building, El goli park, overnight Tabriz.

Departure from Tabriz International Airport
